YOUR TASKS

  • Responsibility for and further development of our internal career paths (leadership, project management and experts)
  • Designing, coordinating and evaluating various HR development formats and training courses, including for our high-potential employees
  • Advising our specialist departments and HR business partners on current HR development issues and supporting them in moderating workshops 
  • Selecting suitable coaches, trainers and consultants  
  • Conducting needs-oriented analyses to identify the training and development needs of our employees

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed studies in psychology, economics or social sciences with a focus on personnel or organizational development or a comparable field of study  
  • Relevant professional experience - for example in the field of personnel and organizational development in a company and/or in a change consultancy 
  • Confident and convincing demeanor in a wide variety of settings (one-on-one meetings, workshops, large group events, ...) and with all hierarchical levels 
  • Empathy and strong communication and social skills 
  • Conceptual skills and attention to detail
  • Initiative, willingness to experiment and fun with new tools
