YOUR TASKS
-
Carrying out payroll accounting in compliance with collective bargaining, company, employment tax and social security regulations

Processing travel expense reports and special transactions, such as on-call duty, anniversary bonuses, one-off payments, income protection, partial retirement

Informing employees about company and collective bargaining regulations on pay (e.g. VWL) and explaining pay composition and payroll accounting as required. e.g. VWL) and, if required, explaining the composition of remuneration and payroll accounting

Maintenance and system support for the time management system (SAP HCM)

Master data maintenance of all information relevant to payroll accounting

Invoice verification/release of temporary workers employed in the direct/industrial sector

Certification system (for employees, social insurance providers, authorities)
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
-
Completed commercial vocational training as an industrial clerk or comparable training occupation or commercial studies with a focus on human resources

Relevant professional experience in payroll accounting and time management in an industrial company, ideally in the metal and electrical industry in Germany

Knowledge of German labor, collective bargaining, social security and tax law

Confident handling of MS Office programs (Word, Excel) and SAP HCM
-
Very good knowledge of German (C1) and good knowledge of English (B2)
