YOUR TASKS

  • Technical management of interdisciplinary project teams in the context of modifications and corrective action in after sales
  • First customer contact for all project questions
  • Preparation of product launches of new seat types at the customer and support during commissioning
  • Cooperation with international customers (airlines, leasing), authorities (EASA, FAA) and STC holders (Airbus, Boeing, MRO)
  • Ensuring that project goals are achieved on time, within budget and to the required quality standards 
  • Creation of project plans including the definition of milestones and responsibilities as well as the delegation and control of work packages
  • Continuous monitoring of project progress and timely initiation of solution measures in the event of potential deviations from the plan
  • Ensuring the flow of information within the international internal and external teams
  • Regular internal and external project reporting

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed technically oriented studies or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in project management
  • Initial experience in the technical management of employees is desirable
  • Very good communication skills, strong customer orientation and intercultural competence
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Goal-oriented, reliable and independent working style
  • Organizational and coordination skills
  • High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel internationally
