- Customer support for international airlines and acquisition of orders in the area of passenger seat after sales (replacement seats, seat modification, seat refurbishment)
- Technical management and coordination of the quotation team
- Contract negotiations and drafting in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Preparation and coordination of offers
- Ensuring compliance with internal processes and maintaining customer master data
- Win/loss analyses for sales strategy optimization
- Organization and support of customer and trade fair visits
- Participation in the strategic orientation of Customer Service and the development of new business areas
- Support with market analyses and preparation of decision papers
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed university degree in business administration, engineering or comparable training
- At least three years of experience in sales and account management, ideally with technical products
- Preferably experience in the aviation industry and an understanding of its requirements
- Strong intercultural skills and fluency in English
- Systematic and goal-oriented way of working
- Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10%)
- Professional demeanor and excellent negotiation skills
