The project management program was not just a training measure, but had a comprehensive impact on my professional development at RECARO. Thanks to the opportunity to exchange ideas with colleagues from different departments, I gained new perspectives and deeper insights. This has contributed to a broader understanding of RECARO.
How do you use your acquired knowledge and skills in my day-to-day work?
The knowledge I have acquired allowed for me to apply alternative thought patterns and approaches, especially when faced with challenges. At various points, it helps me find solutions more quickly and easily and strengthens my own personality simultaneously.

I gained incentives for my personal development and improved my perception and positioning. Moreover, the training has helped to further expand my professional network.

Through the improvement of communication networks, problems can be solved quicker. The advanced communication skills prove handy in contract negotiations as well.

Through the great training I was able to improve my negotiation skills, gained knowledge through the mentoring process and was able to enrich my network across different departments.

A professional qualification such as the GPM basic certificate is recommendable in my opinion. In addition, first experiences in project environments are helpful. I see a structured, well-organized approach as fundamental to a career in project management.
