Industrial-technical apprenticeships
How your apprenticeship works
-
Every technical-industrial apprenticeship starts with a comprehensive basic metal training program
 -
This enables you to acquire in-depth knowledge in the handling of various materials in our apprenticeship center
 -
During these 7-10 months, you will work on various projects: Toggle press, vice or locksmith's hammer
 -
You will learn a variety of machining processes, including filing, drilling, milling, turning, gluing, bending and welding
 -
In a four-week block, the focus is exclusively on technical communication, for example the structure of technical drawings, understand the different types of lines and practice drawing by hand
 -
We also teach you how to use a CAD program, which you can use to create technical drawings and 3D models on the computer
 -
The subsequent departmental assignments are tailored to the respective job profiles. The stay in each department lasts 1 to 3 months - so that you can gain a good understanding of the respective areas

- RECARO promotes the working atmosphere through events such as Christmas parties, summer parties and family days
